Position Overview

D2 Government Solutions is seeking Customer Service Window Specialists / Verifying Officials to support ID Card Services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This role provides front-line customer screening, check-in, and eligibility support for individuals seeking CAC and USID card services.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff customer service windows supporting ID card service operations.
• Review customer documentation for completeness before processing.
• Assist eligible recipients with ID card service questions and process flow.
• Maintain professional, courteous service in a high-volume military environment.
• Coordinate with RAPIDS Verifying Officials, Security Site Managers, and supervisors as required.
• Protect PII and sensitive customer information.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of a RAPIDS Verifying Official.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive PII and Privacy Act information appropriately.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI.
