Job summary

Classic Drycleaners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to customers by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

You will greet customers in person and by phone, process orders and payments, maintain accurate records, and educate customers on services and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and via phone
• Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively with direction
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Educate customers on company services, pricing, and policies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed and assigned
• Store opening and closing responsibilities based on shift requirements
• Wash and fold laundry duties and laundromat assistance (applicable based on location)
• Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
