Talentify in Sioux Center, IA seeks a Customer Service Specialist to greet customers, help them find products, and promote services for a positive shopping experience.

Essential duties include answering questions about features, pricing and availability; processing sales; maintaining displays and inventory; merchandising; and team collaboration to ensure a seamless journey. Overall Job Function:

The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The goal will be to provide excellent customer service while promoting our products and services.

Essential Job Functions:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs.

Answer customer questions regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

Provide recommendations based on customer needs and project requirements.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and inventory.

Work Requirements:

This position is based in a fast-paced office setting. Equipment utilized will be a computer, phone, fax, copy machine and other standard office equipment. Typical office hours are Monday to Friday daytime hours; weekend / holiday and evening hours as deemed by customer demand. Position will occasionally be exposed to elements, loud noise, and agricultural equipment and may require travel between FCS locations.

While performing job functions the employee will be required to talk and listen most of the time. The employee will spend frequent intervals moving and sitting, while also needing to reach, bend, twist, crawl, crouch, stoop or kneel. The employee will need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently. The physicality of this job is moderate.
