The position offers day-time hours, Monday–Friday, ASAP start, and requires 2+ years in logistics or related fields; candidates must live within 40 minutes of Reno and be available for training with no time off during the initial period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or import/export experience.
• Administrative or operations background (Dispatch, Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Admin, etc.).
• Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple systems.
• Experience in a high-volume office or call center environment.
• Must live within 40 minutes of Reno, NV and be able to work on-site Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process new orders and shipment details.
• Track and trace shipments.
• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure shipments are registered accurately and on time.

Job description

Pay: $18–$21/hr. (Based on Experience)

Start: ASAP Monday – Friday Day time hours

What You'll Do:

• Enter and process new orders and shipment details


• Track and trace shipments


• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls


• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams


• Ensure shipments are registered accurately and on time

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or import/export experience


• Administrative or operations background (Dispatch, Logistics Coordinator, Transportation Admin, etc.)


• Comfortable multitasking and navigating multiple systems


• Experience in a high-volume office or call center environment


• Must live within 40 minutes of Reno, NV and be able to work on-site Monday–Friday

Must be available to start ASAP and commit to perfect attendance during training. No time off will be approved during the initial training period.
