TRC's client, Porsche Financial Services, is hiring for a remote Customer Service Specialist position! This is a contract to hire position with an organization that offers great benefits and advancement opportunities!

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates are responsible for Customer Service activity with retail and lease customers in the US and Canada, as well as with other departments and dealers, to resolve complaints, issues, and ensure complete satisfaction of customers. They will also contribute to department and company projects related to efficiency improvements and enhanced customer service.
  • Provide high quality and timely interaction with customers, dealers, and vendors to contribute to customer experience.
  • Follow the correct work flow process in order to transition customer administrative transactions and correspondence request to the processing team in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience - automotive or financial services preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
