Sodexo Group at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for on-call, part-time work with varying shifts.

You will welcome customers and be an ambassador for service, delivering friendly interactions in person, by email, or by phone. Responsibilities include handling interactions, documenting client contacts for management follow-up, attending shifts reliably, and supporting both food and facilities operations as needed.

Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: On-call part-time

Pay Range: $18.22 - $18.22
