Job summary

Sodexo’s Queen's Medical Center in Hawaii is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for part-time rotation shifts. You will warmly welcome customers and act as an experience ambassador, contributing to a positive environment and meaningful service.

Responsibilities include handling interactions face-to-face, by email, or telephone, possibly documenting client interactions, and arriving on time for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work mornings and afternoons with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliable attendance.

Workdays/shifts: Mornings and afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Part-Time Rotation Shift

Pay Range: $19.30 per hour - $19.30 per hour

• May work in either food or facilities operation.
• Handle customer service interactions through either face-to-face, email or telephone communications.
• May also be required to record and document various client interactions for management follow-up.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
