Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Customer Service Specialist at the Onvida Health location. You will greet customers warmly, assist across channels, and document interactions for follow-up. This on-call part-time role requires reliability and a people-oriented approach in a healthcare setting.

You'll contribute to a supportive environment while managing shifts that may include mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Training and benefits are provided where applicable.

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels (face-to-face, email, phone).

Workdays/shifts: Morning/ overnight shifts - varying days, and some weekends/holidays. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Pay Range: $15.75 - $15.75

As a Customer Service Specialist at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to customer service brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

• May work in either food or facilities operation.
• Handle customer service interactions through either face-to-face, email or telephone communications.
• May also be required to record and document various client interactions for management follow-up.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
