Celero Commerce is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team in Brentwood, Tennessee. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks. While call center experience is a plus, a strong customer service mindset is essential. Responsibilities
  • Work through a phone queue and ticketing system to assist clients with payment and account inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer requests to ensure their business can process payments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive responses using internal systems and documented processes.
  • Communicate with clients and team members regarding any updates, concerns, or necessary changes.
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records within the ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation of work in progress and completed tasks.
  • Stay up to date on compliance guidelines to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Participate in job-related training, classes, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, including safety and data security standards.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements
  • Brentwood, TN - based position
  • 1-2+ years of professional experience in a similar customer support role; experience with merchant services is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and flexible, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to apply broad knowledge across multiple tasks and problem-solve effectively.
  • Comfortable handling a range of tasks from routine inquiries to moderately complex issues, with strong follow-through to resolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
