General Fasteners is looking for a reliable and experienced Customer Service Site Coordinator to join our team in the fastener industry. This role, located on site at our customers' location in Mt. Juliet TN is ideal for someone who thrives in a warehouse environment, has excellent customer service skills, and is familiar with the handling and distribution of fasteners and related hardware.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SITE COORDINATOR

This on-site position is based at our customers' facility and involves regular operation of a forklift as well as the physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 35 pounds. As the on-site point of contact, you will be responsible for providing customer service support and facilitating daily warehouse operations. You will interact with customers both in person and through phone and email communications, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. In addition to handling customer inquiries, you will assist with various warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, cycle counts and labeling. This role also requires adherence to all safety and quality standards established by the facility in which you are working.

Qualifications For a Customer Service Coordinator

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the fastener or hardware industry
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Forklift operation experience
  • Able to safely lift and handle boxes up to 35 pounds
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping platforms
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking

WORK SCHEDULE

This position requires working Monday - Friday during typical business hours.
