Qualifications

Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, send reminders, and make collection calls

Physical Requirements

• Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors (up to 50% of time)
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping and groundskeeping

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service industries
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available)
