Performance-based bonuses for Property Managers

Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are preferred.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for work travel; mileage reimbursement available.
