Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling supplies
• Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness
• Handle cash audits and bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and collections as needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available
