Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
