Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure readiness and inventory accuracy
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping and exterior grounds upkeep

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries preferred.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
