Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time walking in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided.
