Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest options, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift items up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climbing stairs, opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or service industries
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available
