Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits
• Manage customer payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climbing stairs, opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
