Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments and conduct reminder and collection calls

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are suitable.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
