Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple locations independently, spending time both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Handle cash audits and bank deposits daily
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as needed

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license and use personal vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
