Job Overview

Responsibilities include:

• Working independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assessing customer storage needs and suggesting solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
• Managing customer payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available.
