Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in/around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, spending up to 50% of time outdoors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining grounds

Qualifications

Experience: Customer service and sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast food, or service industries

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required; mileage reimbursement available
