Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and promote packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and readiness.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits daily.
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections.

Physical Requirements

• Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping.

Qualifications

Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations (mileage reimbursement available).
