Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections.
Successful candidates typically come from customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service industries. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement available.
