Job Description

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers to keep payments current and make reminder and collection calls when required.

Physical Requirements

• Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors; include climbing stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks—sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.

Qualifications

Experience: Successful candidates come from customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required to travel between work locations or perform other work‑related business. (Mileage reimbursement available.)
