Our Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections.
Experience: Candidates from customer service, retail, restaurant, or service industries are encouraged to apply.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement available.
