Job summary

Tri City Glass & Door Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Auto Glass team in Appleton, WI. You will coordinate repair and replacement services, schedule installations, and process orders while serving as the main point of contact for customers and field technicians.

You will quote prices, generate daily work orders, manage invoicing, and maintain customer accounts. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in teams and independently.
• Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and replacement services and schedule installations.
• Serve as the primary communication link between customers, installers, and department personnel.
• Quote prices, schedule work, and generate daily work orders for installers.
• Complete invoicing in a timely manner to ensure payments.
• Maintain customer records and discount schedules as directed.
• Keep inventory records and address customer needs or concerns related to installation.
