Job summary

• Handle and resolve customer questions and problems.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and product quality issues are addressed.
• Assist with price quotations and customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and provide input on stock availability.
• Review and revise service procedures and train personnel.
• Attend to attendance and related responsibilities.
