Motion Industries seeks a Customer Service Representative under close supervision to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls. You will respond to product inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry.

Responsibilities include placing orders by phone, fax, email or walk-in, negotiating price within parameters, and ensuring proper inventory and shipping. Based in Mount Vernon, Illinois, you will support account representatives and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine cost-effective shipping methods and coordinate delivery.
• Expedite backorders and assist with returns as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
