Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers regarding orders, products, shipments, returns, and general inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication, professionalism, and exceptional service.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely solutions to questions, concerns, and requests.
• Meet with prospective and existing customers to discuss product requirements, expectations, and opportunities.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order updates, product availability, and anticipated delivery timelines.
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and leads, ensuring appropriate follow-up and coordination.
• Support sales activities by identifying customer requirements and assisting with product and service inquiries.
• Prepare estimates and pricing information for customer quotes.
• Coordinate with internal sales and design teams to ensure customer specifications and expectations are clearly communicated.
• Assist with customer account activities and identify opportunities to strengthen existing business relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Confirm order details and communicate relevant information to internal departments.
• Maintain and update internal documentation to ensure accurate order processing and a smooth transition to production.
• Coordinate requests for samples, materials, or other items needed to validate packaging for upcoming production runs.
• Communicate anticipated production and delivery timelines to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and order status to help ensure timely product delivery.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and other departments to address order-related questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Assist with additional administrative, customer service, and sales-related responsibilities as assigned.
