Xanterra Travel Collection's Central Reservations team is hiring 100% remote Customer Service & Sales Reservation Agents who reside in AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY. From home, you’ll handle inbound calls and chats to plan vacations and turn conversations into bookings.

Training lasts 3 weeks with a dedicated team; there are opportunities to grow into a sales-focused role with uncapped incentives, plus employee discounts and comprehensive benefits.

Our 100% remote Central Reservations team is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Reservation Customer Service & Sales Agents who reside in: AZ, CO, FL, ID, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WY.

From the comfort of your own home, you’ll connect with guests through inbound calls and chats, helping them plan unforgettable vacations and once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

This isn’t just about making a reservation. You’ll help bring the experience to life by recommending, explaining, and selling incredible travel experiences at or near some of America’s most iconic National Parks, including Yellowstone, Death Valley, Glacier, Grand Canyon South Rim, and Custer State Park.

We’ll provide the training, tools, and support. In return, we’re looking for team members who are dependable, curious, guest-focused, and ready to learn.

• Schedule flexibility, including the ability to work until 7:15 p.m. MST and work weekends.
• A willingness to learn and grow. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one!
• A friendly, professional, and helpful attitude when communicating with guests and coworkers.
• A passion for creating a unique and memorable customer experience with every interaction.
• Comfort with both customer service and sales, including identifying opportunities to recommend experiences that fit a guest’s vacation.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to maintain open and honest communication with your team.
• The ability to stay focused, organized, and productive while working independently in a remote environment.
• A quiet, dedicated work-from-home space free from distractions during scheduled work hours.
• Hardwired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 40 Mbps.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology in a remote environment.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in and successfully complete required pre-employment drug screening and background checks facilitated by our team.
