Midwestern Wheels, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a sales-driven customer service representative to deliver a Best-in-Class experience at the Avis Budget Group unit. You will engage with customers, recommend upgrades, and support daily operations.

The role offers total earning potential of $50,000–$60,000 per year, with hourly base pay plus uncapped incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and PTO from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Assertive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total earning potential: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  (Hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services)

• Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
