• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• This is a long-term, career-oriented role with substantial investment in training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Inbound and outbound calls to prospects and customers.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Weekend Off.
