Midwestern Wheels, Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing sales role at our Madison locations. You will engage customers, assess needs, and recommend upgrades while delivering a Best-in-Class guest experience.

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role with opportunities to grow within Avis Budget Group’s Wisconsin footprint. The position offers base pay with uncapped monthly commissions, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, including PTO, health and retirement

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
• Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Minimum age of 18 and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters’ needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed—every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact
