Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to coordinate between customers, the Sales team, Operations, Accounting, and brokers for our CPG company. This role oversees customer service and order management from entry through issue resolution, ensuring pricing accuracy and data integrity in SAP and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Customer Service experience in the CPG industry.
• Ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Leadership and oversight of customer service and sales operations systems (SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers, brokers, sales personnel, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Support Order Processing to ensure accurate, timely processing of orders.
• Assist Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and accounts.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments, bill backs, and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Oversee Salesforce records, data integrity, reporting, and updates.
• Handle inquiries from prospective customers, qualify leads, and route opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Business Managers and brokers.
• Directly supervise the Order Processing Team.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional processes.
