Sutherland Global is seeking Customer Service/Emergency Services Representatives to support a public utility client. This role combines remote and onsite work: you’ll work from home two days and onsite three days per week at 7901 Tysons Corner Center, McLean, VA 22102, with flexible shifts and weekend availability.

We offer an hourly rate of $20.50, medical/dental/vision benefits, paid training and PTO, and advancement opportunities.

Because our client is a public utility, we support them and their customers 24/7. Employees must have full availability to work various shifts and able to work at least one weekend day.
