Customer Service Representatives- Remote TEXAS ONLY

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Address a variety of customer inquiries and communicate statuses effectively
- Analyze payment history and notes to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve success
- Work within operating hours of Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM (no weekends)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving drive
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
