City of Auburn (AL) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Utility Billing Office to provide in-person, phone, and email assistance. The role reports to the Customer Service Supervisor in the Finance Department.
Responsibilities include account management, daily payment processing, and handling high bill adjustments. A High school diploma or equivalent plus related experience is required, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This position is responsible for providing customer service to Utility Billing Office customers. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.
