This position is contingent upon contract award

Summary

Under the direction of the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) Lead, the CSC Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting daily operations related to customer service, classified reproduction of materials, courier services, inbound and outbound shipping of small parcel and freight, consumable supply management, and classified material destruction.

Scope

This position serves as an entry-level customer service representative within the CSC. The CSC representative provides a range of customer-driven on-demand services within a secure government facility.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  1. Work independently or as part of a team to provide world-class material handling support.
  2. Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality.
  3. Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, shipping, and building loads).
  4. Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures, ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, and report incidents immediately to a supervisor.
  5. Perform customer service activities, including answering telephones, communicating with site customers, carrier representatives, and drivers.
  6. Greet and handle all customer requests at the CSC walk-up storefront.
  7. Deliver and pick up all official US Mail and local site parcels as required.
  8. Sort and distribute materials requiring dissemination to personnel.
  9. Operate classified destruction equipment.
  10. Provide reproduction, publishing, and binding services.
  11. Operate forklift, pallet jack, automated pallet wrapper, dollies/carts, and other critical equipment under guidance from the CSC and Warehouse Leads.
  12. Maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
  13. Maintain material management and receiving logs.
  14. Complete shipping documentation and receipts per site SOPs.
  15. Input information into software programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
  16. Organize and maintain files.
  17. Understand and apply fundamental mathematical calculations.
  18. Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.
  19. Support other elements of the Fluor Logistics Team as directed.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned.
