ID Logistics seeks a Customer Service Representative (Temp conversion) to coordinate customer inquiries, orders, and billing in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will work with on-site management to handle product inquiries, special requests, discrepancies, and ensure prompt communication with customers.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, and proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office. Second Shift is noted in the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with DC Manager and Supervisors.
• Process billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management.
• Daily effective communication with customers and internal team members and management.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow GMPs and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
• Observe all safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and
handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. This position works closely
with customers and on-site management to handle various product inquiries, special requests,
or discrepancies, shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. The position requires
positive interpersonal skills including effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors.
• Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and
  internal management.
• Daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal
  team members and management.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and
  between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when
  necessary.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education;
  Bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline preferred.
• 3 years verifiable customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
