Job summary

State Farm is hiring at an independent agent location in Salisbury, MD to act as an Agent Team Member. You will establish customer relationships, educate clients about insurance options, and develop leads as part of a customer-focused role.

You will work with a team to market products and services, meet client needs, and grow the agency. The position offers compensation with hourly pay plus commission/bonus, health benefits, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
