Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) at our Atlanta, GA location. You will blend customer service, sales and property operations to help customers find the right storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean and welcoming.

This full-time role offers daytime hours with competitive pay, benefits and growth opportunities. You will assist customers in person, by phone and online, convert leads into rentals, process payments and support maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• As part of our hiring process, a background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs on occasion.
