Mini Mall Storage is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations. You will help customers find storage solutions and ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Support collections and delinquency management processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Process payments and daily reconciliations.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift and transport items up to 50 lbs occasionally.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
