You will answer incoming calls, update work orders, and respond to customer emails while performing light office duties. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining accurate notes, and managing multiple systems efficiently.

You will be required to answer incoming phone calls and update work orders in our computer system while on the call. You will also respond to customer emails in a professional manner as well as assist with office duties as needed.
This position requires open and flexible availability. Employees must be available to work different shifts throughout the week, including:
Multiple Shifts Available from 5 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturday and Sunday. *The ideal individual would be willing to work additional hours before, during and after storm events.
