Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in Rochester, Vermont is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers with their day-to-day financial needs and build trusted relationships within the community.

In this role you will identify financial needs, refer loans, trusts, investments and other bank services, process transactions, and strive to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

In a Customer Service Representative role, you can expect to:

This role focuses on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, to include account opening. An interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.

The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. We offer a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00.
