During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Be the face and smile of the operations
  • Provide face-to-face customer service
  • Conduct research to resolve customer concerns
  • Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions
  • Assist with customer accounts

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 months or more of call center experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer experience
