What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, averaging 80-100 calls per day
  2. Assist patients with requests for appointments, insurance inquiries, and other related issues
  3. Transfer calls for triage or refill, and send messages through patient charts to clinical staff
  4. Maintain a positive customer service experience as the first point of contact
  5. Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  2. Minimum age of 18 years
  3. At least 1 year of experience in a related environment such as customer service or administrative roles
  4. Proficiency in using computers and navigating complex applications
  5. Flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST
