We are innovating our service delivery, including our house calls program, to enhance care and service levels. This full-time position (40 hours/week) requires flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shifts during normal business hours (9:00 am – 5:30 pm local time). Occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary.

We offer 8 weeks of paid virtual training during which hours will be 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST or 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST, Monday – Friday.

If you are located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. Your responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners by calling members
  • Answering inbound member inquiries and assisting with scheduling issues

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Flexibility to work during business hours, including occasional overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or Medicare
  • Experience in customer retention roles

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Secure a dedicated, private work area
  • Have access to high-speed internet compatible with UnitedHealth Group standards

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating multiple screens
  • Experience in metric-driven environments
  • Experience with auto dialer systems
  • Adherence to Telecommuter Policy

The hourly rate is $16.00 to $28.85, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock options, and 401(k).
