Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing Remote Customer Service Representatives.

The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries from members, providers, physicians, and internal and external clients related to pharmacy benefits. Agents will assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program.

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM to 10 PM EST; Sat and Sun 9 AM to 6:30 PM EST (shifts vary)

Technical, Equipment, and Work-from-Home Requirements:

  • Broadband internet with minimum speeds of 40 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. No Satellite connections. Verify at speed.cloudflare.com before applying.
  • Ethernet cable connection; Wi-Fi-only is prohibited.
  • Private, secure workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Computer equipment, monitor, and headset provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use computerized systems to gather information and respond to inquiries, document issues and resolutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Successfully complete HCP and customer calls within established work hours.
  • Provide and act on performance feedback; learn and apply new skills as customer expectations evolve.
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and professionalism when interacting with HCPs, customers, and management.
  • Work in a production environment, meet or exceed goals related to handle time, schedule adherence, and quality.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1+ years of call center experience.
  • Customer service and healthcare experience are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interface with diverse populations, knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions, multitasking across software systems, and time management skills.

Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Must have good vision abilities.
