Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Job Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist addresses and resolves customer questions and issues, providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include correcting errors, following up with process servers, moving orders along, and providing updates. The role requires diplomacy, quick thinking, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. This position is remote but must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer support tickets, answer questions, and resolve issues related to orders
  • Manage high-volume phone calls assisting customers with orders and guiding new customers online
  • Respond to emails, address questions and concerns from customers, internal departments, and field process servers
  • Document issues in Confluence
  • Visit court dockets for case information and occasionally review filed papers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF editors, and phone systems preferred
  • Experience with document manipulation
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Strong transcription, review, investigation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain quality under stress
  • Ability to anticipate issues and implement improvements
  • Typing speed of at least 55 WPM

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM PST
